Led by Robert A. M. Stern and his partners, Paul Whalen and Grant Marani, the firm boasts extensive design experience in Asia, having been involved in the design of numerous private residences and condominiums, as well as entire neighborhoods and urban planning projects. Internationally recognized, it has received numerous awards and prestigious design distinctions. Robert A. M. Stern has also received numerous individual honors, including the AIA’s Topaz Medallion, the Vincent Scully Prize, the Athena Award from the Congress for the New Urbanism, and the Richard H. Driehaus Prize, which recognizes his commitment to integrating classical theory into his development projects.

Robert A. M. Stern
Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), founded in 1969, has designed countless remarkable buildings around the world for over 50 years. In the 1970s and 1980s, Stern gained recognition for his exceptional private residential projects, and in the 1990s, he collaborated with the Walt Disney Company on a series of development projects. He also created numerous outstanding projects in the early 21st century, including 15 Central Park West, 70 Vestry, 520 Park Avenue, and 1228 Madison Avenue, all of which have earned him global acclaim.

Norman Chan
Founded in 1995 by Norman Chan, BTR Workshop (BTR) is a leader in contemporary and modern design in Hong Kong. The firm has been involved in numerous award-winning projects and has created over 100 projects across Asia, including iconic projects such as Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore, ROYAL Hotel Singapore, and One Shangri-La Place.
BTR oversaw the interior design of the ONE STANLEY clubhouse and one of the villas, imbuing the spaces with an elegant, crafted aesthetic, creating the ultimate in luxurious living.
Everything at ONE STANLEY is meticulously designed. We strive to create elegant and sophisticated interiors that exude a sense of grandeur and luxury.

Luxury Stanley flats tempt buyers
The Standard
K&K Property's One Stanley opened 22 special homes for public viewing yesterday, including a 1,097-sq-ft house with a 339-s-ft garden.
The developer said it has received more than 3,000 viewing inquiries since announcing last week that it would soon release a new batch of houses on the market.
The luxury complex comprises over 80 apartments and houses, affording picturesque views of Stanley Bay.
It has earned more than HK$1.34 billion from the sale of 16 homes so far.
Tony Cheng, investment and sales director of K&K Property, predicts the local luxury home market will be driven by increasing demand and falling interest rates this year.
Meanwhile, New World Development's (0017) upscale project in North Point was nearly 21 times oversubscribed as of yesterday with over 3,000 cheques received for the 143 flats in State Pavilia's first two price lists.
Cannas Ho Ka-yan, NWD general manager of business and marketing for special projects, said 60 percent of the buyers are from Hong Kong Island, adding that sales for the project will launch as soon as this weekend.
Located at 283 King's Road, State Pavilia offers 388 homes spanning between 306 and 1,522 square feet, and is expected to be completed in December 2026.
The project, part of the mixed-used redevelopment of the historic State Theatre, has earned more than HK$500 million since January from the sale of 13 flats by tender.
